Registration for the 2012 Spring Baseball/Softball/T-Ball Is Open

If you prefer to register by mail or require THPRD financial assistance use this 2012 Registration Form.

Please note that a $40 late fee ($10 for 4-6 year olds) will be applied to all registrations received by Active after February 1, 2012 or postmarked after February 1, 2012 due to the additional administrative burden to the league volunteers.

Age vs. Playing level

BALL registration fees are based solely based on the Little League age of each player. However, the playing division that a player is assigned to is based on many factors including age and previous playing experience. On the registration form there are separate fields for choosing the players age and for choosing a desired playing division. As an example it is possible to have a 6 year old player that would register and pay our lowest registration fee based on her age but have enough previous playing experience (t-ball) to move up to the single A playing division this year.

THPRD ID Cards:

Tualatin Hill Park and Recreation District (“THPRD”) require all children to obtain an ID number prior to registering for any sport played on THPRD maintained property. Please call THPRD at (503) 645-6498 or go to the THPRD website (http://www.thprd.com) for more information on how to obtain an ID number.

Payment Information:

Beaverton Area Little League cannot accept registrations without payment. Registrations submitted without payments will be marked incomplete until we receive payment or confirmation of scholarship, potentially delaying placement on a team. If applying for financial assistance through THPRD please enclose a copy of the Coach’s Letter with your registration form.

Financial Assistance:

If you need assistance with the fees, there are scholarships available through THPRD. Please apply early, and provide BALL with a confirmation of your scholarship acceptance. Please include a copy of your THPRD Coach’s Letter when sending in your registration form. Please note: Financial assistance recipients MUST register by mail or in person, the online registration process will not work.

If you are new to Beaverton Area Little League, you must reside within our boundaries in order to register with our league. Little League boundaries are determined by Elementary School Attendance Area; please confirm that you reside within the following school attendance areas before proceeding with your registration: Aloha Huber Park, Beaver Acres, Chehalem, Cooper Mountain, Errol Hassell, Hazeldale, and Kinnaman.
