2018 Annual BALL Meeting

Date: Sunday, September 30th, 2018
Time: 6:30pm PM
Location: 8010 SW Nimbus Ave, Building 7, Beaverton, OR 97008
In accordance with Little League recommendations and our league's constitution, the current BALL board will:
1) Review the condition of the league.
2) Deliver financial report for the league.
3) Review the league's constitution and bylaws and revise if needed.
4) Hold election for members of the board of directors.
5) Permit members to make proposals and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
As a reminder, Beaverton Aloha Little League is an all-volunteer run organization that needs involvement from many members to run effectively.
Currently we have 7 board positions that we believe we have filled through continuation of service. However, this is not to say these are not available to be contested if there is interest. These are:
President
VP of Mid Divisions
VP of Lower Divisions
Director of Fundraising
Treasurer
Registrar and Player Agent
Safety Officer
The following positions are vacant:
VP of Tee Ball
Secretary
Equipment Manager
If you are interested in pursuing any of the 10 above named positions, please email thepresident.ball@gmail.com and we will send you the detailed position description and connect you with the BALL election committee. The election committee will then schedule an introductory interview with you. Holding a board position is challenging but very rewarding.
